UPLIFTER is a youthful program which seeks to empower the youth in African communities through exposure to Mentorship and Online Training Resources. The mentorship is structured in the form of our virtual Mentorship Sessions and In-depth Technical Consultation and Support.
Our Program is targeted at African countries, with the pilot program already running in the Kingdom of Eswatini by our Eswatini partner.
From equipping the youth with jobs skills, to providing them with mentorship that enables them to generate more ideas and implement them, UPLIFTER is in the business of equipping the underserved African youth.
From providing continuing trainings to participants, to connecting mentees to carefully selected mentors. UPLIFTER is positioned to be a force that uses the latest internet of things (IoT) tools to promote change and empower millions of youths in the African Continent.
Our mentorship program not only seeks to teach, but we strive to see the change that we stand for. This includes understanding what each participant of our program is currently doing, aspires and dreams to do. Then we design target-based mentorship.
UPLIFTER network is growing with each training session and with each mentorship seminar. Our 2024 group is so diverse; it boasts of youth at tertiary level, graduates, and also high-school level youth. We then boast of a connected list of mentors, leadership coaches, personal development professionals etc. Evident to the ecosystem of our program.
